Below are the details of our shipping policy.

1. Processing & Handling Time

 All orders are processed within 5-7business days.

 If we experience a high volume of orders (such as during major sales or holiday seasons), shipments may be delayed by a few days. If a significant delay occurs, we will contact you via email.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

STANDARD SHIPPING:10-15 days

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:7-21 days

Note on Multiple Items: Because we stock clothing, makeup, and kids' accessories, items from the same order may occasionally be shipped in separate packages to ensure they are packed safely (e.g., keeping liquid makeup separate from clothing).

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

 The Vanity Wardrobe is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order.

 All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

5. Damages & Shipping Issues

If you receive your order and it is damaged, please contact us immediately so we can make it right.

 For makeup products that arrive broken or leaking, please take a photo immediately and email it to our support team at [Your Support Email] within [24 hours] of delivery.

 Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

6. Incorrect Address Disclaimer

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We work quickly to process and ship orders, so there is a very small window to change an address. Please contact us immediately if you believe you have provided an incorrect shipping address.
